Our workshops and events are built around the same philosophy as every Powerhaus session — intentional, intelligent, and completely focused on you.

Some are movement-based: deep dives into specific apparatus, technique intensives, or skill-building workshops on the reformer, tower, chair, or barrel. Others expand the practice outward — into the nervous system, the body's rhythms, and the whole-woman wellness that Pilates has always been about.
